What can I have in the first aid box for Girl Guide meetings?

Our self compiled first aid box is quite out of date and I want to completely re-do it. By law we are supposed to have our own and can’t use the hall’s first aid kit.

However, my mother has been recently trained as a first aid trainer, is a member of The Scout Association and had given me a list of things that we’re not allowed to have in our box. These are: tablets (e.g. paracetamol), liquids and creams, scissors/tweezers and also plasters (someone might be allergic).

What am I allowed in a first aid box?

Adhesive Plasters (Sterile), Sterile Eye Pads, 2 Triangular Bandages, Safety Pins, Medium Sterile Dressings, Large Sterile Dressings , Alcohol Free Cleansing Wipes, Pair of Disposable Gloves, maybe some Blunt scissors (if allowed), Id but some sanitary towels in as well.
